My love for anatomy and alignment becomes obvious in my vinyasa classes: I try to keep my classes quite light hearted, whilst being strong and dynamic. Meeting each student where they are at, giving them what they need, whilst still keeping the flow is my aim in every class.

Alignment & Flow

I teach a strong and dynamic flow, with attention to alignment. No one is the same & we all gave different bodies, it’s my job to get you safely into a posture whilst playing your edge and that way you get to know your its abilities, and limitations.

A strong energetic flow, to work up a sweat, get out of your head, onto your yoga mat and into your body. You’re most likely to get this class at gym.

Yin

Indulge in slow and sensuous yin, mostly floor based and holding each posture from 2-6minutes. Perfect for releasing fascia after a hard training session or to relax before bed.
